       On Nov.6，the Donation Signing Ceremony for the New Building Construction Project of Dezhou Library took place at the Comprehensive Building of Dezhou Social Welfare Center. Dezhou United Petroleum Technology Corp.（hereinafter referred to as “DUPT”）donated 500,000 yuan to Dezhou library for the new library’s construction,supporting local cultural development.

       At 9:00 a.m., the donation signing ceremony for the new Dezhou Library construction project was officially held at Dezhou Social Welfare Center. This event was co-hosted by Dezhou Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, Dezhou Library, Dezhou Charity Federation, Tianqu New District Education, Sports and Health Development Department, and DUPT.

       The ceremony was hosted by Li Qingyu, Director of the Project Department of Dezhou Charity Federation. Mu Zhengjun, Deputy Director of Dezhou Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism; Jia Xueyong, Vice President of Dezhou Charity Federation; Han Limin, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of Tianqu New District Education, Sports and Health Development Department; Guo Feng, Secretary of the Party Branch and Curator of Dezhou Library; and Wang Jiping, Director and Deputy General Manager of DUPT, attended the event.

       At the ceremony, Wang Jiping, Director and Deputy General Manager of DUPT, elaborated on the company’s public welfare philosophy and the original intention behind participating in this donation in his speech.He stated,”As an enterprise rooted in Dezhou, our value is reflected not only in the numerical growth of economic benefits but also in our initiative to assume social responsibility and give back to society through practical actions.        Guo Feng, Secretary of the Party Branch and Curator of Dezhou Library,first expressed his gratitude to DSSC for its generous donation and emphasized the significant importance of the new library's construction in enhancing Dezhou's public cultural service level.He noted that upon completion, the new library will greatly improve the reading environment for citizens, upgrade the library's service efficiency, and become an important cultural landmark and palace of knowledge in Dezhou.

       Witnessed by all the distinguished guests present, representatives from the three parties signed the donation agreement and held a solemn yet warm donation ceremony.During the ceremony, the company donated 500,000 yuan to the municipal library, and this fund will be exclusively used for the procurement of equipment for the new library, aiming to create a more comfortable, convenient, and intelligent reading space for citizens.
