DUPT Grandly Holds the 2025 Half-Year Work Conference
It is midsummer, and the fighting spirit is infull swing. On the afternoon of July 20, the 2025 Half-Year All-Staff WorkConference of DUPT was grandly held at Dezhou Convention and Exhibition Center.With summarization, commendation, mobilization and oath-taking as its core, theconference comprehensively reviewed the struggle footprint of the first half ofthe year, commended outstanding teams and individuals, and sounded the chargefor the crucial battles in the second half of the year. The company'smanagement and all employees attended the conference, which was hosted by Ms.Li Shuangyan, Manager of the Human Resources Department.
Focus on Safety and Quality, and Consolidate theFoundation for Development
Atthe beginning of the conference, the host Ms. Li Shuangyan reiterated themeeting discipline to ensure that the agenda proceeded efficiently and in anorderly manner. Mr. Wang Dingyi, Manager of the HSE Management Department,carefully briefed all participants on safety precautions during the conference,laying a safe and rigorous tone for the event. After the solemn ceremony ofplaying and singing the national anthem, the conference officially entered itscore agenda. Mr. Jia Yanjun, Deputy General Manager and Chief Engineer of DUPT,took the lead in delivering the 2025 Half-Year Safety and Quality Work Report.He gave a detailed report and review of the company’s work in the HSE and quality sectors in the first half of the year,and reaffirmed DUPT’s unwavering adherence to theiron-clad principles of the "zero-accident" safety goal and"zero-defect" quality standard. He emphasized that this is a solemncommitment to customers, employees, and the company’scentury-old foundation.

In the HSE sector, Mr. Jia Yanjunsystematically reviewed the work achievements and challenges in the first halfof the year, and conducted in-depth exchanges with everyone through severalaspects, including index notifications, review of accidents and incidents,current status of safety management, summary of Safety Month, and safetyculture and management. He stated that the company will continue to strengthenthe safety performance of managers at all levels and implement relevantmeasures. Meanwhile, Mr. Jia Yanjun re-emphasized the cultural concept of "SafetyAlways Comes First", and clearly pointed out that when safety conflictswith production or benefits, safety must be prioritized. What we pursue is safedelivery with a result-oriented approach. Every employee and every manager muststrictly observe the safety red line and solidly implement the cultural conceptthat "safety always comes first".

Mr. Jia Yanjunemphasized that no quality issue is trivial—whether itconcerns external quality, internal quality, or work quality, any problem isunacceptable to customers. The report focused on interpreting the significanceof the "quality red line". All departments must center around thestrategic goal of "becoming a leading enterprise", truly establishstandards and criteria that align with the company’sstrategic needs, and continuously optimize and quantify them in conjunctionwith specific businesses.
Meanwhile, Mr. JiaYanjun deployed key quality work for the second half of the year. He pointedout that efforts should be made to promote in-depth integration of the qualitysystem with business operations and strengthen the role of internal audits; improvethe quality red lines of each department and jointly build a sense of qualityred lines among all employees; establish a direct feedback platform for"quality hidden dangers" to advance the solid implementation ofquality work; pay attention to supervision and improvement of special processtechnologies; strengthen quality development of information systems; and at thesame time improve the efficiency of handling quality issues to effectivelyreduce quality losses.

He reviewed and arranged the company’s achievements in various work in the first half of the year and keytasks for the second half.

By profoundly analyzingthe complex global situation, the Chairman pointed out the opportunities andchallenges currently facing the company’sdevelopment. He stated that with the accelerated technological iteration in theindustry and increasingly stringent customer requirements, the survival logicof enterprises has undergone fundamental changes. The Chairman made a firmstatement: “We must rise to the challenge and embraceit! The more complex the environment, the more we need to maintain strategicfocus; the fiercer the competition, the more we need to forge core advantages.”

Through sharing severaldetailed cases, the Chairman comprehensively and objectively summarized thehard-won breakthrough achievements the company made in the first half of theyear amid the complex and ever-changing market environment. He affirmed thephased results in aspects such as market development, technical breakthroughs,production capacity breakthroughs, cost reduction and efficiency improvement,and management enhancement. He extended congratulations to the awarded teamsand individuals, and expressed sincere gratitude to all employees for theirhard work.
The Chairman emphasizedthat these breakthroughs are the results of all employees "seekingcertainty amid uncertainty", but we must clearly recognize our shortcomings:the satisfaction rate of deliveries to high-end customers is low, and qualityissues still restrict development. "Quality problems should not requirethe loss of markets to serve as a wake-up call!" He pointed out that in terms ofmarket development, we should increase the promotion of strategic products andimprove service quality. In the international market, we should continue toleverage the advantages of localized operations, strengthen brand influence,and accelerate market promotion. In terms of product R&D, we need to be “meticulous and fast”. R&D personnelshould have the perseverance and fighting spirit of “willingto sit on the bench for ten years” and the acumen topursue excellence and discern even the smallest details. He encouraged theR&D team to boldly experiment and explore new technical paths to ensurethat new products are quickly launched into the market to seize the initiative.In terms of quality control, all employees should attach as much importance toimproving product quality as they do to work safety. For prominent issues, weshould conduct targeted research to tackle them and implement closed-loopquality management from the source to the end to ensure that product qualitymeets standards. In terms of safety management, we should strengthenimplementation, promptly identify and eliminate potential safety hazards,strictly inspect rectification results, and prevent safety incidents fromoccurring. In terms of compliance management, the audit department will conductspecial audits on high-risk business areas, and at the same time, integratecompliance education into daily work to ensure the company’s healthy development under the premise of legality and compliance.In terms of personal growth and improvement, the Chairman encouraged allemployees to forge ahead on the path of self-growth and step out of theircomfort zones.
